Post Sale Revenue Program

We achieved tremendous success with a program we developed and conducted for a large telecommunications client. The program targeted Customer Engineers who interface daily with the company’s telecommunications customers and rewards CE’s for revenue generated from the sale of select high margin products and services.

During the most recent year of operation, the program generated over $74 million in documented incremental business at a cost of approximately 2% of sales. The client took this program in-house in 1999. Revenue from the program dropped significantly, and early in 2002 they contacted us to help them develop and re-launch a new version of the program. The communication and administration for this program is managed on a dedicated web site. 

Our business is in a depression and we would not have made our numbers without this program.
